Refund and Return Policy 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and never have been used.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@ttvelos.fr.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

You can always contact us with any questions regarding returns at contact@ttvelos.fr.

Return Method

Your option for returning your product to us: by mail.

To initiate a return, you must notify us of your decision by message (contact@ttvelos.fr), specifying your order number and the product you wish to return.
A carrier, at the customer’s expense, will collect the product and drop it off at a relay point.

How to get your return label?

– Defective product → Download and print (label provided).
– Customer remorse → Customer responsibility.

Our return or refund costs in France

Defective or Damaged Products:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
In this case, returns are completely free.

Customer Remorse (Order Error or Unwanted Product):
If you ordered by mistake, or if you no longer want the item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (actual cost of return shipping).
No restocking fee will be applied.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

We will quickly help you resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and validate the refund.
