Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have successfully received your order in our system and that your payment has been pre-authorized. Upon receipt of your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. We will then process the payment and submit the order for shipment.

At ttvelos.fr, our goal is to offer you the best delivery options, wherever you are. Our daily mission is to deliver to our customers everywhere in France and to guarantee you the highest level of responsiveness at all times.

Once the order is validated, you will receive information on its status and shipment, as well as the tracking number (by email) as soon as it has been shipped.

We deliver exclusively to mainland France.
To provide you with the best shopping experience, delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that there are instances where an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and for any reason.
We may request additional verification or information, including phone number and address, before accepting the order.

To prevent credit or debit card fraud, we reserve the right to validate your payment information before providing the product and to verify the personal information shared with us. This verification may take the form of identity, residency, or banking information checks. We reserve the right to directly cancel any order suspected of fraudulent use of a credit card.

We strive to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site; however, errors may occur, such as an incorrect price being displayed. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is incorrectly displayed, we may either contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you. This applies even if the order has already been confirmed and your card charged.

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery problems

In case of delivery problems, please follow these steps:

– Damaged package: If the package arrives in poor condition, refuse it and notify the carrier. Contact us immediately at contact@ttvelos.fr so that we can send you a new product.
– Delayed or lost package: If your package is not delivered within the specified time, contact us. We will take the necessary measures with the carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Processing times, transit and deadlines in France

– Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
– Transit time: 2 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
– Cut-off time: Any order placed before 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) is shipped the same day.

What happens after I place an order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. Your order will generally ship within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays). Personalized products will require additional time.

👉 If you do not receive a confirmation, send an email to contact@ttvelos.fr with the subject « Order confirmation not received ».

For personalized items, we will contact you separately to validate the chosen options before processing and shipping.
